What time can we check in?
The home will be ready by 3Pm the day of your arrival.
Do you have a boat or pontoon available?
We do have 20' Grumman Pontoon available for rent. It can hold up to 10 persons and / or 1900 lbs. It has a 40 hp motor with a nice top. Great for fishing or cruising around the lake.
Are towels included?
Yes they are, we have a full set of bath towels on both levels for your use. We also have blue towels for outside use if you didn't bring your own beach towels. We just ask that they are place in the hampers located in each of the two bathrooms.
Are you available if we need something?
Of course! We do work at various different times, so that may restrict availability somewhat. Otherwise we live nearby and will come if needed.
What are the sleeping Arrangements?
There are 3 bedrooms, and a bed in the loft. Beds consist of 1 King, 1 Full, 3 Queens, 2 Twins, and 1 Twin Bunk bed.
What Kitchen Supplies are there?
The kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything you could need. There is a full set of dishes, silverware, and glasses for your meals including a plastic outdoors set. If you need mixing bowls, cooking sheets, mixer, or just a pizza pan we have all that there for you to use.
Food?
Bring your own to cook, bake, or grill. Looking for supplied meals, we can help you arrange catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Heading out to eat, there are plenty of options in just about any direction within 20 miles or less. Short on supplies, grocery stores are also plentiful withing the 20 miles or less range.
Is there internet?
Of course! We have full internet along with WiFi access across the house. Several connected smart Tv's.
Are pets allowed?
There are no pets allowed in the home at Lilly Estates. However we do have a 5' x 5' x 4' dog kennel available outside if you wish to bring your pet and keep them outside.
What time do we need to check out?
We ask that you are packed up and out by 10 am on your last day of stay. We hope you enjoyed your time, but we need to prepare the home for the next guests.
Is there a refund if we can not make it?
We require a 90 day notice for full refund of your stay, less a $50 processing fee. If you cancel 30 - 60 days before your stay you are subject to 25% loss of your stay. Anything less than 30 days will result in full loss of your stay amount.
